Community Education - workshops, training, collaboration opportunities

Mentors recruitment for several programs helping children and youth:

What mentors do:
    -    Establish trusting, caring relationships
    -    Listens with a non-judgmental ear
    -    Helps the student think through problems & make good decisions.
    -    Shares experience, expertise and knowledge
    -    Serves as a role model
    -    Supports the development of academic and social skills

Medical Clinic - We provide a clinic for homeless individuals during the winter months.

Project Summer Sun - provides bottled water, hats, and sunscreen to many drop-in day shelters during the summer.

Winter Shelter - Congregation-Based Program - composed of over 30 congregations providing over 5,000 bed-nights of shelter from late November through February; additional congregations are being recruited for these programs.
